OPEN DAY
back to Coming
Events
This year we planned a
low-key gathering. The promised rain held off and we had a wonderful day in the
Garden which was looking great with much out in flower after the wetter than
usual winter.
The bird walk with Ian
Venables was successful with a good number of participants, who were so
enthusiastic they didn't return for breakfast until after 9 am. Following breakfast, Ian
gave an informative and interesting talk and slide show on the interaction of
birds and plants.
